Santas Reindeer Dash
When: Saturday, Dec. 8
Where: Eagles Pride Golf Course, Building 1529, located off I-5, exit 116
What: The JBLM DMWR-Sports, Fitness, and Aquatics Branch presents the 2012 Santas Reindeer Dash with 5K, 10K and special 2K for children ages 4 to 9 years. Dress up in your favorite holiday outfit to welcome Santa to this fun and exciting holiday event. Enjoy the scenic surroundings of Eagles Pride Golf Course while you run the cart paths and trails alongside fairways, greens and through the woods. Be on the lookout for reindeer. Entry fees for the 5K and 10K are $15 for active duty, retired and reserve personnel, family members and DOD ID card holders; $25 for civilians. The entry fee for the 2K is $5 for all entries. Army/Navy Game at the Warrior Zone

Where: The Warrior Zone, Lewis Main
What: Catch the Army/Navy game live starting at noon. Food specials, giveaways, doorprizes, and more. Play NCAA 13 live vs. Navy at Everett and Whidbey Island. Open to everyone 18 and older.
Hike Little Si
When: Saturday, Dec. 8
What: Join us for a five-mile hike to the top of the 1,600-foot peak of Little Si. Follow the easy-to-moderate trail through the lush forest and massive rock faces to a spectacular view of the upper Snoqualmie Valley; $35. Moderate difficulty. Snowshoe Commonwealth Basin
When: Sunday, Dec. 9
What: Take an adventurous trek through great snow, varied terrain and a web of trails in a shadowy old-growth forest. Youll be able to pause for an occasional break to take pictures and observe the amazing views of the surrounding peaks. Easy hike of four miles. Minimum age is 12. Cost is $40. Bald Eagle Float Trip

What: We could view up to 200 bald eagles as we float down the Skagit River in a large, stable raft among one of the largest concentrations of bald eagles in the Lower 48. Cost is $55.
