Take the JBLM survey

Published: 03:57PM October 15th, 2013

Colonel H. Charles Hodges Jr., Joint Base Lewis-McChord installation commander, asks all JBLM service members, DOD civilian employees and spouses of both, to provide feedback in the important community survey linked below. The survey results will help gather information to improve all services.

The voluntary, anonymous survey is designed to help Hodges, his staff and local communities understand your needs and those of your families. It will provide critical information about your preferences in housing, driving habits, shopping and recreation needs among other useful data.

The survey contains fewer than 40 questions. You or your spouse are encouraged to take the survey, whichever is easiest for your family; however, to preserve the quality of the data, we ask that only one survey be completed per household.
