Madigan patients can reach providers more quickly online

Madigan patients can now communicate more quickly and easily with their primary care teams here thanks to RelayHealth, an online tool that lets patients communicate directly with their providers.

Madigan recognizes that as important as health care is to patients, they are also juggling it with the rest of their busy work and home lives.

Now patients can skip the wait of coming into their clinics or the inconvenience of finding time to call during the day by simply logging on anytime to www.relayhealth.com/patients.

On RelayHealth, patients can email their primary care managers or care team nurses, request appointments, view lab and test results, request medication refills, or get referrals for specialty clinics. RelayHealth is available for all of Madigan’s primary care clinics as well as pediatrics, internal medicine, obstetrics and gynecology, and their satellite clinics.

Madigan is actively working to include specialty care providers in RelayHealth so that it can truly serve as a one-stop shop for patients’ care information needs. Care staff should respond within 24 hours to any of patient communication via RelayHealth.

Madigan patients can sign up for RelayHealth by calling or visiting their primary care clinic or logging onto www.relayhealth.com/patients. Once there, click on the “Find a Provider” tab and then on the link that says “See if your doctor is using RelayHealth” to connect with their primary care managers.

If patients have any questions about signing up for RelayHealth, to include if they have any issues connecting with their PCMs on the website, they can contact their primary care teams for assistance.
