Is it possible to make a legal assistance appointment over the phone?

Clients must come to our office, in person with their military ID. This prohibits us from scheduling appointments over the phone. Completion of a client card is the second step. Once the client card is completed, one of the staff will perform a conflict check. If no conflict exists, all information is entered in the system. This can’t be done without the completed card. The final step in the process is reviewing completed paperwork. All questions must be answered completely prior to the appointment with the attorney. This ensures that 1) Your needs will be met during your appointment; avoiding any unnecessary delay 2) Timeliness of your appointment. The attorney reviews each client file prior to the appointment.
