Youth: Youth soccer programs will be available through Joint Base Lewis-McChords Child, Youth and School Services with registration open from Tuesday through Jan. 22. First practice starts Feb. 16. The camp for ages 5 to 15 is $55 per child; Bumblebee soccer camp (ages 3 and 4) is $20 per child. Mandatory parent meeting will take place Feb. 6 at the CYSS Parent Central Services office. Mountain biking class offered Dec. 5
Outdoor: The staff at the Northwest Adventure Center want to provide an opportunity for those who have wanted to try mountain biking with a trip to work on the basics Dec. 5. Anyone 12 years or older can sign up for the four-hour ride covering about six miles in total. Registration is $35.
